Non working time

 

Non working time is any time when staff are not required to work. This is time which is not taken out of annual leave entitlement.

 

Examples of Non Working Time are Bank Holidays and Christmas Closures.

 

These dates can be recorded and will automatically populate timesheets and resource screens .

 

Non Working Time is maintained in Admin > Company Settings > Non Working Time.

 

  1. Select from the drop down list the Region for which you wish to allocate non working time.

  2. If allocating a half day non working time, tick the Half Day check box.

  3. Click on each date on the calendar which is to be recorded as non working time.

  4. Click on Save.

  5. A previously selected date can be removed by clicking on it and then clicking on Save.

  6. All regional non working time can be seen in the histogram view below the calendar.
