Here you can define the different statuses that can be assigned to your projects. There are three different statuses that can be applied to projects – Bid, Won and Lost. These represent the three main categories of statuses that projects can fall under. You can create as many different labels for these statuses as you wish, to break down these categories further, but each label must be assigned as one of the three main statuses.
A Project Status can be assigned against each project in the Project Summary page, and can be updated at any time. You can use these statuses to filter reports to so that they only report on only projects that are at a certain status
Project Statuses are maintained via Admin > Project Settings > Project Statuses.
Enter the desired Project Status Name in the box above the main Project Status table
Select whether the new Status should represent either a Bid, Won or Lost status
Click the Add button.
Click Save.
