Reporting permissions

 

This page allows you to determine the specific reports that users within each Security Group can view. Changes made here will affect all users within the specific Security Group chosen. The reports chosen on this page will appear on the main Reports list.

 

  1. Select the Security Group that you want to modify the reporting permissions for.

 

Note: Only Security Groups that do not have Can View All Reports ticked in the Admin > Reports > Security Groups section will appear here.

 

  1. Tick the box next to the name of the report that you would like users within the currently-selected Security Group to be able to view. All reports that you tick will show up in the main Reports list.

 

Note: You can set different reports to be viewable by different Security Groups. Simply repeat steps 1 and 2 above for the other Security Groups that you want to update. Don’t forget to save your changes when you are finished.
