User Cost Rate import format

The table below shows the import format required for importing user cost rates.

An asterisk (*) indicates the field is mandatory.

Column	Column Title	Description/Action	Where is it used?	Notes
A	User *	The user full name (first name + last name)	In the user profile to identify who to apply the cost rate to.	User must exist in User profiles
B	Start Date *	The date this cost rate is to be effective from.	To recalculate actual costs from timesheets and forecast costs in resourcing .	Date field (dd/mm/yy).
C	Salary *	The hourly salary for the user (this does not include overhead).	In conjunction with Overhead, to calculate actual cost of core time and forecast cost in resourcing .	Numeric field.
D	Overhead *	The hourly overhead for the user i.e. the cost of the user to your business in terms of office rent, electricity etc.	In conjunction with Salary, to calculate actual cost of core time and forecast cost in resourcing . Actual Extra time is costed at Salary only.	Numeric field.

Note: The total user cost rate is automatically calculated from Salary + Overhead.
