Change Request Process

 

Should you have a suggestion for a product improvement (change request), we would love to hear it.  

 

We have a dedicated process to ensure that all client requests are assessed for inclusion in the product; which in turn influences our product development road-map.


Should you have a change request, please email V1projectaccounting-changerequests@weareV1.com with the relevant details.

 

To help us manage your change request efficiently please observe the following steps for submitting change requests:

 

  1. In the e-mail subject line, please enter a concise description of the feature being requested

  2. In the e-mail body text, please enter detailed information relating to the request

  3. Please send separate e-mails for each change request, rather than one e-mail with numerous different requests

 

All requests made are registered and assessed for inclusion in the product; this then in turn influences the product development road-map.

 

The benefits to our clients of this approach is that the product road-map is a reflection of the collective requirements of our clients, as well as the continued addition of innovative new functionality.

 

This means that we have become a platform for project management ‘best practice’ within our client market vertical sectors.

 

However, due to the level of customer change requests we receive we are not able to respond to individual requests, but are instead committing to publishing our forthcoming development priorities.
