Client status

 

A Client Status can be recorded against each Client record and is used to categorise the Client.  

 

Client Statuses are maintained in Admin > Company Settings > Client Status.

 

  1. Enter the Client Status Name in the text box above the main Client Status table.

  2. Click on the Add button.

  3. Click on Save.

  4. Client Statuses can  be deleted by clicking on the orange cross at the end of the appropriate row.

 

Client Statuses are assigned to a Client record in Contacts > Clients.

 

  1. Click on the Client Name.

  2. Click on the down arrow at the end of the drop down Client Status box.

  3. Select the appropriate Client Status.

  4. Click on Save and Close.
