The global updates page allows you to set project specific settings to a number of projects in one easy process.
Global updates are made in Admin > Project Settings > Global Updates and allow you to set the following:
Any user can assign time or expenses to selected projects
Users must log time and expenses to a task in selected projects
All task team can log time & expenses to every task in selected projects *
Apply security profile to selected projects
Apply default time rate set to selected projects *
Apply default expense rate set to selected projects *
Tick against the relevant check boxes the updates you would like to apply.
Tick against the relevant projects you would like to be affected by these settings. You can use the table filters and sort options to easily locate projects you wish to apply changes to.
Select the Apply option.
If any mistakes are made, or you wish to unapply certain settings, repeat the above steps and select the Unapply option.
