My Account
This page is accessed via Admin
> My Account.
The following options are available on the My Account page:
- User licence purchases -> send a question to the finance
team to ask them about buying user licences.
- Contract inquiry -> choose this option to ask the finance
team a question about your contract.
- Decrease user licenses -> send an email to your account
manager to discuss reducing your user license limit.
- Request a copy of your monthly subscription bill -> ask
the finance team to send you another copy of your monthly bill.
- Speak to your account manager -> Request a call back
from your account manager.
- Query a roadmap item -> Ask the V1 Project Accounting
product manager a question about the development roadmap.
- Raise a support issue -> contact the technical support
team.
- Purchase additional storage space -> choose this option
to request additional document storage space.
- Submit a Change Request -> we welcome any suggestions
to help us improve V1PA. Use this option to send your ideas to our
product manager for consideration.
- General feedback -> choose this option to let us know
what you like, or don't like, about V1 Project Accounting.
You can use this option to increase your user licence limit.
Simply enter the number of additional licences you require and click Send
Request.
Your system's limit will then be automatically increased.
The finance team will be notified of your request and send out the appropriate
paperwork.
Dashboard licences
Please enter the total number of additional user licences you wish to
purchase in the ‘User Licences’ entry box, then tick the confirmation
check box and select ‘Complete Purchase’ in order to complete your purchase.
Dashboard will become immediately available to you for user licence selection
via Admin > System Settings > Dashboard.
Your monthly subscription will increase automatically for your next payment
based on your number of user licences purchased.
