Your contract is for an agreed monthly fee related to the number of permitted users at the beginning of the term.
If you need to add more users, you can do this via the Admin > Users section at any time.
You will only be able to have the active number of users based on how many have been set up with.
Additional active user licenses can be purchased at any time.
