New feature! ~ Trusted Computer. You now have the option when you log in to ProjectMinder to remove the automatic logout feature which is activated after 60 minutes of inactivity. Tick the box 'Trusted Computer (Does not log you out after 60 minutes of inactivity)' each time you login to enable this feature. You should only use this feature on trusted computers where it is safe to leave ProjectMinder logged in. You should not use this feature in public areas.
New feature! ~ You can now maximize most screen views where scroll bars are currently required to view data. A small downwards pointing triangle is displayed at the far right of each heading just above the existing vertical scroll bar. Click this triangle to maximize the data view and remove the internal scroll bar. This feature is not currently available for time and expense entry screens.

New feature! ~ Task Probability. You can now assign a probability percentage to each task in your work structure. Currently task probability is recorded for information only. Task probabilities are setup and maintained via Admin > Project Settings > Task Probability.
New report! ~ Aged Debtors. List of all unpaid invoices grouped by client. Values are displayed by days payment due in 30, 60, 90 and greater than 90 days columns.
New report! ~ Comprehensive Job List (This report is available to Architects & Engineers only).
New feature! ~ You can now sort and filter on the Reports main page all reports by Name, Group and Description.
New feature! ~ Bid Status filter now allows you to filter by all of your custom project statuses.
New feature! ~ Departments filter now includes by default all projects with no department assigned (Previously projects with no department assigned were excluded).
New feature! ~ A back button is now available where reports contain drill-down data. This is located to the left of the % zoom viewing option and allows you to return to the main report data from drilled down data.
New feature! ~ Task Probability. You can now setup task probabilities, which can be assigned to tasks in a project work structure. These are setup and maintained via Admin > Project Settings > Task Probability.
New feature! ~ Rate Cards. You can now copy an existing rate card. This speeds up the process of creating a new rate card by using existing rate cards as a starting template. To copy an existing rate card, go to Admin > Rate Cards, select the appropriate rate card and click the 'copy rate card' option.
