New feature! ~ Movable time line in My Work and Gantt/Resources screen. A new time line option allows you to now easily change the date view within the My Work > My Workspace and Projects > Gantt / Resources screens.
On 'Daily View' the single backwards arrow will move the time line back one day, and the double backwards arrow back one week. On 'Weekly View' the single arrow will move back one week, the double arrow back one month, and on 'Monthly View' the single arrow will move back one month, the double arrow back one year. The method works the same for the forward arrow.
New feature! ~ Auto open/close all branches. A new open all branches / close all branches feature is now available in the Projects > Work Structure, Gantt and Resources screen. Clicking this option will automatically open all branch (sub) tasks setup for the project.
Updated feature ~ The My Assigned Tasks view allows you to now view task assignments either by Gantt or Histogram view. The Gantt view shows the total task duration, the histogram view shows only your allocated task time.
Updated feature ~ View code with project. You can now view the project code against the project name when approving timesheets and expenses.
New feature! ~ Half day holidays. You can now submit holiday requests for half-day holidays.
New feature! ~ Unpaid leave. You can now submit holiday requests for unpaid leave.
New feature! ~ Holiday carry over for next year. You can now request that unused holiday be carried over to the following year.
New feature! ~ Holiday statistics. The holiday request screen now contains information including annual standard entitlements, holiday carry over from previous year, holiday days submitted, holiday days approved, total days remaining.
Note: Some new holiday request features must be switched on by an admin user prior to being available.
Updated feature ~ The project listing filter for open/closed projects now includes an 'All' option.
Updated feature ~ Resourced days now included in Fee Allocation programme. The total number of task resourced days is now included in the Fee Allocation screen. (This screen is only available to Architects and Engineers).
Updated feature ~ Historical invoices. Historical invoices that you upload to ProjectMinder are now displayed in a non-editable view within the Invoice History screen.
New report! ~ Holiday Requests. Report showing holiday requests analysis and entitlement per year.
New report! ~ Project Directory. Display all project contacts with details in one easily printable view. Contacts are grouped and sorted by project role.
Updated report ~ Sales Invoice Forecast. This report has been updated with an additional filter option to include the project win probability.
Updated report ~ Timesheet. This report now includes a Department filter.
New report! ~ Utilisation Forecast (monthly). Report showing monthly resource forecast for projects.
New report! ~ Utilisation Forecast (weekly). Report showing weekly resource forecast for projects.
New report! ~ Utilisation History. Shows staff resource utilisation on projects for a given period.
Updated feature ~ Holiday approver. You can now assign a holiday approver separate to the users timesheet approver.
New feature! ~ Holiday entitlement. You can now set individual user holiday entitlement.
Note: You should set the company default holidays in Admin > Company Settings before setting individual days.
New feature! ~ Invoice numbering. You can now decide whether to use per-client (current setting) or global invoice numbering throughout ProjectMinder. With global invoice numbering you can choose whether to use a per-client or global invoice prefix.
New feature! ~ Holiday request and carry over. Holiday request settings and default holiday settings can be applied in this screen.
