New feature! ~ Multi-currency option for expense & purchase invoice entry and sales invoice generation. An optional setting is now available to allow users to record project expenses and purchase invoices in different currencies at the time of entry. Sales invoices can also be generated in a different currency. Please contact your ProjectMinder account manager if you require further information on this functionality.
New report! ~ Aged Debtors. Review outstanding client invoices due for payment.
New report! ~ European Working Time Directive. Monitor staff working hours to ensure they do not exceed European working time directive of 48 hours per week.
New report! ~ Project Performance – Based on elapsed time. Actual costs versus budgeted costs to date for each task.
New report! ~ Project Performance – Based on % complete. Projected overrun using budgeted costs versus estimated cost to complete for each task.
New report! ~ Timesheet Tracking. See who is up to-date with timesheet entry and approval.
Updated feature ~ Split user internal rate by salary and overhead. An update to the admin user screen now allows you to calculate a user's internal rate by salary and overhead.
Salary + Overhead = Rate
All existing hourly cost rates prior to this update will be converted to salary and the overhead rate set to 0.00. If you do not wish to record the user split between salary and overhead then simply always enter the total internal rate as salary.
