My Work ~ My Approvals

• Updated feature ~ Draft entries for deleted users. When a user has been deleted, their draft timesheets, expenses and purchase orders will no longer be displayed within My Work > My Approvals.

Admin ~ Project Settings

• New feature! ~ Apply global project settings. You can now apply global project settings via Admin > Project Settings > Global Settings. This features allows you to quickly apply the following settings to all (or a desired selection) of projects.

1. • Any user can assign time or expenses to this project

   • Users must log time and expenses to a task

   • All project team can log time and expenses to this task

   • Project security profile

Please ensure you take care when using these settings. All settings can be applied and unapplied as desired.

Admin ~ Company Settings

• New feature! ~ Upload company and department logo. You can now update your company logo displayed on the home page. This is completed via Admin > Company Settings > Departments.

You can also upload a department specific logo if desired by clicking on the appropriate department from within this screen. The logo seen by users when they login will be determined by the department they have been assigned to in their user profile.

If no department specific logo is uploaded then the company logo will be seen.

• New feature! ~ Text substitution. You can now apply text substitution to standard terminology used within ProjectMinder. This is completed via Admin > Company Settings > Text Substitution. Previously this could only be applied by a member of the ProjectMinder customer support team. Please note that all saved text substitutions take immediate effect throughout the system.

Admin ~ Import/Export > Renamed to Data

• Updated feature ~ Admin sub-menu rename. The Admin sub-menu ‘Import/Export’ has been renamed to ‘Data’.

• New feature! ~ Undelete data. You can now undelete previously soft-deleted data via the new menu available at Admin > Data > Undelete Data. You can undelete the following types of data:

   • Contacts - Client

   • Contacts - Contact

   • Contacts - Supplier

   • Admin - User

   • Admin - Job Role

   • Admin - Industry Sector

   • Admin - Project Type
