New feature! ~ Following on from release 6.0 updates that introduced the ability to remove internal scroll bars and maximise table views, you can now also use this functionality within the Timesheet and Expenses screen. Click the downwards arrow located just to the right of the ‘View Code with Project’ option on these screens to see all entry rows without scroll bars.
New feature! ~ Drag and drop calendar and note popups. Where a note or calendar pop-up features, you can now use your left-mouse button to drag the popup to elsewhere on the screen.
New feature! ~ You can now display your company logo on the ProjectMinder home page. Please contact your account manager for further details.
New feature! ~ Email reminders. Send email reminders to staff who are behind with timesheet entries automatically from within ProjectMinder! From My Work > My Approvals, simple enter the email subject and text at the bottom of the screen, tick the box against all users you wish to send the mail to and click the ‘Send Email’ option at the top of the screen.
Updated feature ~ Unapprove previously approved expense entries.
Updated feature ~ Change client assigned to a project. You can now change the client assigned to a project after it has been saved. Warning! Any invoice items or invoices already generated will remain assigned to the original client and should be deleted and re-created as appropriate.
New feature! ~ Task Status. All tasks now require a task status. The standard statuses are complete and non-complete. Tasks with the status of complete can no longer have time or expenses added to them. If invoice rules require milestone completion, tasks status must be set to complete in order for fixed, time or expense based billing to be included in a run billing process.
Removed feature ~ Task complete. The task complete tick box has been replaced by the new feature Task Status.
New feature! ~ Printable timesheet. You can now print your weekly timesheet. Within the timesheet screen simply click the ‘Printable Timesheet’ option to load a printable report of your entries. Timesheet approvers can also print timesheets from My Work > My Approvals and selecting a user timesheet.
New feature! ~ Work Detail. You can now record ‘work detail’ against timesheet entries. Typical work detail may be travel or meeting. To record work detail, click the notes icon against the timesheet entry and select the relevant option from the drop-down field. Work Details are setup and maintained via Admin > Company Settings > Work Detail.
Updated feature ~ Record non-project activity against specific tasks. You can now record time for non project activity against specific tasks within the Timesheet screen. Non-project activity tasks are maintained via the Admin menu.
New feature! ~ Printable expense sheet. You can now print your expense sheet. Within the expenses screen simply click the ‘Printable Expense sheet’ option to load a printable report of your entries. Expense approvers can also print timesheets from My Work > My Approvals and selecting a user expense sheet.
New feature! ~ Quickly delete multiple invoice items. Within the Invoice Items screen accessed either via the Invoices menu or a specific project, you can now select and delete multiple invoice items in one go. Previously invoice items had to be deleted individually.
New feature! ~ Due date and received date. You can now record due dates and received dates against invoices.
New feature! ~ Run billing for all clients. You can now run billing for all clients in one go. Previously, run billing could only be run either by project or one client at a time.
Updated feature ~ In all report filters, where a true/false filter is included, it now reads yes/no instead of true/false.
Updated feature ~ In all reports where a project name is detailed in the report, the project code is also now included.
New report! ~ Expense Sheet. Highly flexible expense report - grouped and summarised by project, user, task, date and expense type.
New report! ~ Overtime Summary. Reports extra time logged by user and project for a given date period.
New report! ~ Actual Cost v Budgeted Cost. (This report is available to Management Consultants only)
New report! ~ Project Performance. (This report is available to Management Consultants only).
New report! ~ Job Bag Status. (This report is available to Marketing Consultants only).
New report! ~ Job Bag Summary. (This report is available to Marketing Consultants only).
New feature! ~ Add and maintain non-project tasks. You can now add and maintain tasks for non-project activities, this is achieved via Admin > Company Settings > Non Project Activities and selecting the relevant non-project activity.
New feature! ~ Add and maintain task statuses. You can now add and maintain tasks statuses via Admin > Project Settings > Task Statuses.
New feature! ~ Add and maintain work details. You can now add and maintain work details via Admin > Company Settings > Work Detail.
