Updated Login dialog

The login screen has now been updated with a Help Icon that will take users directly into the Help file.

 

The default setting for when selecting the icon is the Login section of the help file. 

What do I need to do next?

This update will automatically appear the next time, the login screen is accessed.

 

*New* Have You Seen? in the Help File link.

There is a new section on the login screen called Have You Seen? to show all users of IRIS ProjectMinder and IRIS Time and Budgets, items that may be of significance.

 

This will include areas in the help file that users could find useful on a day-to-day basis.

 

This link will update dynamically every time the login screen is refreshed.

 

What do I need to do next?

Select the link that appears in the login screen and take a look at the feature.

 

Refreshing the page or logging out will produce a new link to explore.

 

 

News section replaces Status section.

There is now a News section on the login screen that replaces the Status section that shows:

 

1) The status of IRIS ProjectMinder.

 

2) Latest IRIS ProjectMinder news and general updates that will be of relevance to all users.

What do I need to do next?

No further action is required.

 

 

Work In Progress Report - *New* 'Written Off' column

There is now a new column in the Work In Progress (WIP) Report.

This new column will show any items that have been written off against a project.

What do I need to do next?

This new column has automatically been added to the report and results will appear the next time the report is used.

Resolved Issues:

Internet Explorer 9 issues with adding Expenses notes.

It is now possible to save notes added to a row of expenses in Internet Explorer 9.

Resolution issue with the Project > Work Summary screen.

When the screen resolution is set to 1024 x 768 it is now possible to view all aspects of the Projects > Summary page.

Custom Fields can now be added by a user with just Company Settings set as a security group.

If a new user is set up with a security group that only has Admin > Company Settings as an option, it is now possible to use the Custom Field functionality.
