Allocated budget cost for the project

Value taken from the budget column of project fee allocation

Target Profit Margin

Budgeted Profit for the project

Value taken from budget profit (%) column of project fee allocation

Programme Hours

Total estimated hours for the project

Taken from the Work Structure page (number of days allocated * number working hours per day)

Programme Hours Cost

Cost of total estimated hours for the project

Calculated from total number of allocated hours * sum of internal rate of all assigned workers to the project

Programme Expenses

Total estimated expenses on the project

Sum of all Expense Items allocated to the project (Expense Forecast page)

Total Programme Cost

Total cost value of estimated hours and expenses

Programme Hours cost + Programme Expenses

Actual Hours

Total approved hours submitted for the project

Sum of all hours submitted and approved by all workers on the given project

Actual Hours Cost

Cost of the total approved hours submitted for the project

This is calculated from each individual’s internal rate multiplied by their approved logged hours

Actual Expenses

Total Approved Expenses and Purchase Invoices submitted for the project

This is the net value of all approved Purchase Invoices and Expenses logged to the project

Total Actual Cost

Total cost of approved Timesheets and Expenses submitted

This is the sum of the Actual Hours Cost and the Actual Expenses

Remaining Cost

Remaining cost of the project.
