Updated feature ~ General screen layout. Improvements have been made to the coding used for the layout of all menus and screens. You may notice some minor changes in the general layout of screens within ProjectMinder.
New feature! ~ Dates included in timesheet columns. In the timesheet entry screen, the date of each daily entry is now displayed along with the day.
Updated feature ~ Entering the received date of payment of invoice. After changing an invoice status from ‘Draft’ to ‘Sent’, you can now subsequently record the received date of payment. Previously the invoice status had to be set back to ‘Draft’ before being able to enter this date.
Updated feature ~ Report Builder. A brand new Report Builder model has been released offering enhanced reporting capabilities over the existing model. The new Report Builder model will be available along with the existing model. IRIS ProjectMinder advises that all new custom reports, and previously created reports are re-created using this model. See Creating custom reports using Report Builder for further information.
Updated feature ~ Report defaults for project filters. The default project filter setting ‘Include Deleted’ for all relevant reports has been changed from 'Yes' to 'No'.
Updated feature ~ Single Project report. The report default ‘Include Purchase Invoices’ within the Single Project report has been changed from 'No' to 'Yes'.
Updated feature ~ Improved view and management of user core working hours. With the Admin > User screen you can now see a full historical listing of user core working hours. Entries that are incorrect can also now be deleted.
New feature! ~ E-mail alert checkbox. A new 'Receive E-mail Alerts' checkbox has been added. This allows users to opt-out from receiving e-mail alerts.
New feature! ~ Transfer Data. A new admin feature in Admin > Data allows you to transfer user timesheet and expense data from one project to another. See Transfer data for further information.
New feature! ~ Transfer Data History. A new admin feature in Admin > Data allows you to view a summary level record of all previous transfers of project timesheet and expense data. See View transfer data history for further information.
New feature! ~ E-mail Alerts. A new admin feature in Admin > System Settings allows you to setup e-mail alerts for submission, approval, rejection and unapproval of entries within ProjectMinder. E-mail alerts can be configured for:
Timesheets
Holiday requests
Holiday carry over
Expenses
Purchase orders

Updated feature ~ There is now a new Holiday Administrator option under General Security; this was previously combined in and triggered when the Timesheet Administrator option was set. This allows you to set Security Groups to manage only holiday requests, only timesheet requests, or both.
