Updated feature ~ Fee Allocation updates (Architects, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors only). With a brand new split screen look with functionality to expand and collapse budgeting elements as required, we are excited to be offering a major update to the current Fee Allocation screen. main features include:
New! ~ Facility to now set fees and budgets top-down or bottom-up. For bottom-up, entering the cost of each task and the required margin will now calculate the fee for each stage, the sum of which is the total project fee.
New! ~ Facility to calculate the resource budget / fee value of each task based on the resourcing required (via a pop-up resource planner).
New! ~ Facility to copy the resource estimates from the Fee Allocation screen to the resourcing section in the project Work Structure/Gantt.
New! ~ Facility to allocate a section of the fee to non-recoverable costs. E.g. use 95% of your fee to cover resource costs and 5% to cover other non-recoverable third party costs and expenses.
New! ~ Facility to add additional 'variations' to tasks, separate from the main fee.
New! ~ Facility to add 'Fee Notes' against any element of the budget to allow for better monitoring and controlling of the project budget.

Updated feature ~ Reports list. The list of reports presented via the reports menu has been updated with improved group categorisation and a new 'Ideal For' column to identify recommended reports by job role. In conjunction with the improved group categorisation, a full audit of all available reports has been undertaken and certain reports have been grouped as 'archive'. These reports have been identified for future deletion as they are no longer recommended for best practice reporting. Please contact the customer support team if you have concerns over the future deletion of any of these reports.
New feature! ~ Sticky filters. All report filter pages will now have 'sticky filters'. This means that on a per user per report basis report filters applied will remain until such a time that they are changed by the user.
Updated feature ~ Timesheet report auto-expand. An auto-expand features has been added to the timesheet report.
Updated feature ~ Report Builder Project and CRM models. Updates to the Project and CRM models within Report Builder have been made in line with fee allocation screen updates and new features.
Updated feature ~ Project Fees export. Updates to the Project Fees export have been made in line with fee allocation screen updates and new features.
New feature! ~ Project Fees import. A new Project Fees import feature is now available to allow the import of project fee data to multiple projects.
New feature! ~ Project Task Fees import. A new Project Task Fees import feature is now available to allow the import of project task fee data to multiple projects.
