New feature! ~ Contacts linked to previous projects. Within each contact record you can now see all the previous projects that contact has been linked to. The link is set when the contact has been selected in the Project Summary screen as a project contact.
New feature! ~ Approver can edit calculated net cost figure for expense and purchase invoice entries. An expense/purchase invoice approver or administrator can now edit the calculated net cost value when approving user expense and purchase invoice entries or making these entries themselves.
New feature! ~ Prevent user from editing Tax rate. A new Admin setting (see below Admin > System Settings > Approval Settings) allows you to prevent users from editing the default Tax rate assigned to an expense type when making expense or purchase invoice entries. A Tax Rate description (if added) within Admin > Company Settings also displays a description for each tax rate.
New feature! ~ Expense types for user expenses or purchase invoices only. A new Admin setting (see below Admin > Company Settings) allows you to define which expense types are displayed when a user makes expenses and purchase invoices entries.
New feature! ~ Automatically set win probability to 100% if won. Setting the project status to any (Won) category will now automatically set the win probability to 100%
Updated feature ~ Remember resource view when switching between screens. Whenever you change the default resource view, either by changing the user/task sort or expanding details against the user/task, this view will remain when switching away from and back to the resource screen. Previously the view was always reset to the default view when clicking away from the resource screen.
New feature! ~ Link fixed fee invoice items to a task. You can now link fixed fee invoice items to a task.
Updated feature ~ New style report filter for client specific reports. If you have had a report developed specifically for your company by PH-media, this report will now utilise the updated report filter screens implemented in release 12.0.
Updated feature ~ Custom fields for users. You can now setup custom fields for recording user information not currently available as a standard field within ProjectMinder. This is completed via Admin > Company Settings > Custom Fields.
New feature! ~ Specify if expense types for expenses, purchase invoices or both. The expense type maintenance screen includes a new option to specify if the type should display for user expenses, purchase invoices or both entry screens.
New feature! ~ Assign a name and code to tax rates. The tax rate maintenance screens include a new option to assign a name and code to each rate. The description helps to identify different rate types where the value is the same. This is specifically for 0% rates which can occur for Zero, Exempt and Not Applicable rates. The code is only required for AccountsLink users and relates to the code specified for each tax rate within your accounting software.
New feature! ~ New permissions for expense and purchase invoice approval. 'Approvers can edit net cost calculations' and 'Allow users to select tax rates' are new settings to determine if approvers can edit net cost calculations and whether users are allowed to edit the default tax rate assigned to each expense type.
