Contacts

 

This section allows you to create, edit, delete and manage the contacts for your projects and clients (billing contacts).

 

Contacts are managed via Contact > Contacts.

New Contact

  1. Click New Contact.

  2. Enter the contact’s Title.

  3. Enter the contact’s First Name.

  4. Enter the contact’s Last Name.

  5. Enter the contact’s E-mail address.

  6. Enter the contact’s Job Role.

  7. Select the Company the contact should be linked to.

 

Note: If --not set-- is selected then the contact is stand-alone, but can still be assigned to a project.

 

  1. Enter the client’s Phone number.

  2. Enter the client’s Fax number.

  3. Enter the client’s Mobile number.

  4. Enter Line 1 of the contact Address.

  5. Enter Line 2 of the contact Address.

  6. Enter Line 3 of the contact Address.

  7. Enter Line 4 of the contact Address.

  8. Enter the Town.

  9. Enter the County.

  10. Enter the Postcode.

  11. Enter the Country.

  12. Enter any additional Notes for the contact.

  13. Click Save and Close.

Contact Details

This box shows a summary of the contact’s details (they must have been entered and saved first), allowing you to copy and paste the information if you need to.

Company Details

This box shows a summary of the company’s details that the contact is assigned to (they must be assigned to a client and details must be entered via Contacts > Clients first), allowing you to copy and paste the information if you need to.

Projects

This table shows all projects the contact is currently assigned to via Projects > Summary > Project Contacts.
