Users can edit and cancel Absence Requests

An Absence Request, whether it is in an Approved or Submitted status, can now be either canceled or edited.

What do I need to do next?

This update will automatically appear the next time the user logs in.

Status and Approver names now appear in Timesheets, Expenses, Absence Requests and Purchase Orders.

All Timesheets, Expenses, Absence Requests and Purchase Orders will now show the status and approver's name that is set in the user's profile.

 

This will appear in all historic items as well.

Restrict Multi-Project Resourcing task list by Security Profile

There is now a configuration option in Admin > Project Settings > Security Profiles to restrict the tasks in Multi-Project Resourcing that users can be allocated to.

Enabling this switch will provide the same security profile functionality principles.

What do I need to do next?

 

To enable the setting, go to Admin > Project Settings > Security Profiles and tick the box by Restrict Task resourcing by Security Profiles. This affects ProjectMinder customers only.

 

New Columns

New Columns on the Invoices page

There are now 3 additional columns on the Invoices > Invoices page.

These are Payment Due, Payment Received, and Notes

New Clone Task functionality    

You can now copy a task in the Projects > Work Structure section creating a duplicate task with all the details of the original.

This update will automatically appear the next time the user logs in.


Additional Address and Phone fields

Extra address lines are now available on the Clients, Contacts and Suppliers.

An extra Phone field is available on the Clients page.

These fields will also be displayed on the Invoice Template and Project Directory Report.

The date picker can now be used for scheduling Fixed Fee items

When creating an invoice of Time items which have been generated via an 'as logged' rule and where an exchange rate has been applied, the invoice details will cause some items to be rounded down by a penny.

Rounding applied is now consistent in this instance. This affects ProjectMinder customers only.

Non-recoverable expense items appear in the Invoice Schedule when generated via an 'As Logged' rule

A check box has been added to the Expense Rule Details page to include or exclude non-recoverable items in the Invoice Schedule.
