Why isn't a particular project available for selection on my timesheet entry?
How do I correct a timesheet that has been submitted for approval?
My timesheet has been rejected. I can edit the timesheet, but I cannot save or submit; why?
Either you are not a member of the project team, or 'any user can assign time or expenses to this project' has not been ticked in the Project > Summary section.
Why isn't a particular task for the project I am working on available for selection on my timesheet entry?
The reason is either that:
The project manager has not resourced you as a member of the project team.
They have not ticked the option within the project task - 'any user can log time time or expenses to the task'.
The task is a Parent (you cannot resource any workers to a parent task and the child task should be available).
Please ask the project manager to see which of these options is applicable.
To record extra time, enter the total

Enter the extra time hours in the box provided.
Why isn't the correct project displayed in the Project drop-down when I enter its code in the Quick Find box?
